Imperium Health Tech was created to solve a problem many healthcare organizations face but few technology companies truly understand.
Most healthcare technology consultants come from device companies or tech startups. They understand software and systems, but they often lack firsthand experience with the operational realities of healthcare.
High staff turnover.
Tight budgets.
Regulatory pressure.
Families expecting exceptional care.
Imperium was founded by someone who has lived those realities.
After more than a decade working in case management and operations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other vulnerable populations, Kaneshia Lovick saw a recurring challenge.
Technology was being introduced into healthcare environments without understanding the workforce responsible for using it.
Systems were complex.
Training was insufficient.
Compliance requirements were misunderstood.
Agencies were expected to succeed with tools designed by people who had never worked a shift in a group home or managed a high caseload of vulnerable clients.
Imperium Health Tech was created to change that.
Today, the company helps healthcare organizations implement technology in a way that aligns with operational reality. By combining practitioner insight with healthcare technology expertise, Imperium ensures programs are compliant, sustainable, and designed for the people who will actually use them every day.
Because when technology supports the workforce, better care follows.
Kaneshia Lovick built Imperium Health Tech by combining two worlds that rarely meet: frontline healthcare operations and healthcare technology implementation.
Before entering healthcare IT, Kaneshia spent over a decade managing case management operations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other vulnerable populations. She oversaw support coordinators, managed compliance audits, navigated EHR systems, and worked within the regulatory frameworks that shape healthcare delivery.
That experience gave her a clear understanding of what agencies actually need from technology and where most implementations fail.
Rather than watching agencies continue to struggle with poorly designed systems, Kaneshia expanded her expertise into healthcare IT, EHR integration, and Remote Patient Monitoring implementation.
Today she helps organizations adopt technology in ways that are compliant, operationally sustainable, and supportive of the teams responsible for delivering care.
Her work focuses on helping organizations improve care oversight while strengthening documentation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
